1. Appointments & Bookings

  • Appointments can be scheduled via phone, WhatsApp, or our website.

  • We recommend booking in advance to ensure availability.

  • Walk-ins are subject to availability.

  • Please arrive at least 5–10 minutes before your scheduled time.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please inform us at least 2 hours prior to your appointment.

  • Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in refusal of future bookings.

  • Advance payments (if any) may be non-refundable depending on the service booked.

3. Payments

  • We accept cash, UPI, and digital payment methods.

  • Full payment must be made immediately after the service is completed.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Service Guarantee

At Stylex Lounge, customer satisfaction is our priority.

  • If you are not satisfied with a service, please inform us immediately before leaving the salon.

  • Corrections will be considered within 24 hours of the original service.

  • Refunds are not provided once services are completed.

5. Health & Safety

  • Clients must inform our staff about any allergies, skin sensitivities, or medical conditions before availing services.

  • Stylex Lounge is not responsible for reactions if such conditions are not disclosed prior to service.

6. Personal Belongings

While we take care to maintain a safe environment, Stylex Lounge is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.

7. Use of Website

  • The content on this website is for general information only.

  • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or duplication of website content is strictly prohibited.

8. Changes to Terms

Stylex Lounge reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective once posted on this page.
