Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Appointment Cancellations

  • Clients are requested to inform us at least 2 hours in advance if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Late cancellations may affect future booking privileges.

  • In case of prepaid services, cancellation policies may vary depending on the service type.

2. Refund Policy

  • Salon services are non-refundable once the service has been completed.

  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind after the service is delivered.

  • Advance payments for special services (such as bridal packages or premium treatments) may be non-refundable.

3. Service Corrections

Your satisfaction is important to us.

  • If you are not satisfied with your service, please inform our team before leaving the salon.

  • We may offer a correction within 24 hours of the original appointment.

  • Corrections are provided at management’s discretion.

4. No-Show Policy

  • Clients who fail to attend their appointment without prior notice may be required to pay an advance for future bookings.

  • Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future appointments.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare or genuine emergency situations, management reserves the right to review refund or rescheduling requests on a case-by-case basis.
